°µÍøTV Political Science Professor Justin Levitt provided news radio with predictions of °µÍøTVGovernor's State of the State speech. Dr. Levitt suggested the governor may reduce gas taxes to ease consumer's pain at the pump, but would likely not allow more oil drilling to ease gas prices.
